A ONE

*All by myself~~~.....don wanna be, all by myself....~~~ * , just a little snippet from a song. Funny how such a good song only came to my attention/ears when I watched American Idol season 7. =P

I'm sure most of you heard it before la, its from Celine Dion and I heard there was a version from some guy also but I dunno whats the name. Even Leona Lewis did this song in the final of X-factor which is the British equivalent of American Idol, that song probably could be the one that won her the title! You can go to Youtube to see it for yourself, hehe...

Why so suddenly bring such a song up? Could it be the fact that I just sent my parents to the airport? That I'm gonna be alone again for 5 days? *All by myself~~~.....don wanna be, all by myself....~~~ *

Ah wellz... at least I get the Myvi cause moving 3 cars just to get one of em out is just not worth the time...XD and hence begins Jaws's culinary endeavours, lol. I can see it now... Seafood Udon... STEAK @@... Banana Splits... Oatmeal... bread...Choco milk... Plus, I have a lot of reading to do... T.T

Party anyone? XD

Life is still like ''that''.....

Oh yea, did I mention I'm staying for Form6?

I probably gonna get a hell lot of ''zzzz....'' and =='' from people. Jai Hock had to laugh at that fact, like how I would laugh at it too... o.O

Its kinda hard to explain... but the complexity of it just revolves around a simple fact. =(
Now, I just wanna describe myself in just one single word.

六月初八

See this Chemistry teacher wanted to give this Hellboy 2 movie ticket to this most well-behaved in class. This class took a vote and this teacher count. This teacher gave it to this tall-tall girl, but this girl gave it to me, cos this girl got tuition? cos TEAH!! got tuition? =P
This teacher even giving this Chemistry test the next day... Ain't this ironic? Or I dunno whats the meaning of irony?? Is THIS IRONY???

This I did take, this I did watch, this I suffered quite a pinch of embarrassment. Movie was great...but reoccurring technical difficulties during the movie almost seem like the Star Cineplex ppl intended it to happen... o.0 Won't go into the details of the movie, being it the first day and all... seems like there were no cut out scenes, cos the movie was pretty complete if u ask me...

Alot of recognizables were there, making the hall was quite noisy..., I think they were not embarrassed to makes noises cos most of them know each other...

Is is not my birthday? Well... lunar calendar says it is... hehe...

U noe the Chinese has a custom saying that you can't give some1 a clock on their birthday? What happens if you buy it yourself? Thats 买钟 not 送钟 rite? What if you think of it as giving it to yourself? Weird....

Been thinking quite a while to post a birthday wishlist for my 18th birthday, hmm... would that be very 死要脸?Ye think?

*Blink blink*

Tick-tick tock playing on symphony organ,
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooo~

Story unfolds in webbed toes,
This little Katak went to Zealand,
This little Katak left to Start,
This little Katak came back from Miri,
This little Katak is feeling numb.

By the wall they gathered,
By the wall they dwelled,
Croak croak croak~
Rain rain rain~
Katak by katak,
They jumped out the window,
Look for a lake and a colourful rainbow...

Oh? One little Katak alone by the wall,
Katak cannot croak,
Katak lost his voice...
When will this Katak jump out the window?

wait, what's this?

To School for not School on Saturday?

It has been an interesting Saturday considering the fact that its the first time I had gone to school on Saturday for extra-curricular purposes...@@

I thought that school would be a busy place on a Saturday, but I guess it was just okay lo... Did something I've never done before, which is kinda like the reason I went to VAD. Yeas, VAD! Imagine me, assisting the healing process of another, not what I've expected, but thats the point, hehe...

The first meeting was... just moderate, but it could do, being as it is fun and all... some kind of fun. I guess that's how club meetings are like? Even after 5 years, I've never been to a club meeting that has a full package like that, but it all comes down to the first aid lessons starting next week, which I might not attend, =P.

Experienced something immensely funny, I was reversing my car in school while the the PBSM little kids were marching right into my behind, lol... The little girls on the front row was laughing, I was laughing even more cos they were chanting the kiri...kiri...kiri kanan kiri... when I was reversing into their direction, =P. Could not stop imagining human bowling pins...XD

*Sleeping... its becoming more and more important... its like you use it during the weekdays and you have to get the hours back on the weekends, == .

POST Overdue? - Estranged...

*sigh... I guess time doesn't heal, the unwanted past, the overlaying dust... There shall be no end to this... Everything changes, and I quote '' Everything is changing, but that doesn't mean it hasn't always been''. Nothing will ever be the same again, thats what makes those memories worth so much. I'm sorry to say reality is painful, even for the say-their-blessed ones...

I... I? This grudge is forever, but I think I have strayed far enough away from the depths, but still close enough just to be safe... I can hold a grudge longer than a woman, lol... Even if I laugh, I still have an in-use-heart-shaped pin cushion next to my lungs.

Now better than depression? Ever-changing emotions like our beloved streamyx connection...= =''

Saaate... to Form6. Its not bad, depressing, but your too busy to be depressed. Chem teacher got serious pronunciation n grammar issues... Maths1 teacher talks softer than Siao Fen... Maths2 is great so far... Physics teacher enthusiastic but lacks direction, somehow looks like he's acting smart but memang good in physics... Muet-Patricia good but lacks the ability to understand student's context in speech. Muet-Martin has local Malay-Eng accent as thick as Milo-O Kao, yet to see English awesomeness. PA teacher good sense of direction (while teaching), significant resemblance to Edna Mode in the Disney movie '' The Incredibles''. XD

Its great that its hard and keeps me busy, and Maths classes have been a great self-esteem booster, if you know what I mean, XDXD. Now for wuliaw complaints, table too low, parking a hustle, sickening weather, sickening car. (just to keep it short, =p)

*Note, so sat the Maong students, they turn off the fan and lights whenever we go lab, brings out respect in me towards em... Not like that sickening girl that sits besides the switches...>.>

Had an awakening >>> Even though you got JPA scholarship, you are still scum and worthless in my eyes. Yeas, I look down on some people...
Not such a good awakening, but still makes me feel better...

The Island Of Labuan Has Claimed Another

KUCHING-13 On this day, Friday, 13th June 2008, the island of Labuan has claimed another youth (Waseh...this newsletter so sat, reporting today's incident in today's newsletter). Originating from Kuching, Sarawak, this youth was both the tennis player and Straight-A student in the SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) . Prior to his departure towards Labuan, our reporters received comments from him such as '' See first lo...'', '' Just go nia lo...'' and ''...will study hard...''. Due to the lack of note jolting, these comments were solely based on the blur blur memory of our reporters on duty. Consequently, our reporters interviewed one of his friends since Primary 1, Jaws VK who said '' This guy... he was the first person I talked to on my first day in Primary 1, I can still remember vividly that moment as I looked at the duty rooster early in the morning where no one else was there... I asked him if he was ''Chong Jia Hua'' because those three words were the only Chinese characters I could read out completely among other names other than myself's under Monday. Surprisingly, he was, and I told him he had to sweep the floor and he swept the entire classroom by himself.'' Jaws told the reporters as he was reminiscing with a slight grin on his face. Jaws chuckled a little bit when he told the reporters that he later realised that he was also on duty on Monday after the form teacher taught the class how to read the duty rooster ''kinda paiseh I made him sweep the whole classroom on the first day of school, hehe...'' he added. Jaws said that that was just the beginning of all the memories they had together (friendship). Among other things, this youth is remembered by that persona, that smile... and that secret fetish towards rough cement poles, leaving behind a warning sign about ''wet cement'' (XDXD). As of hopes, wish this youth would do so well in Matriculation, thus doing his friends and family proud (hehe_promoting Digi some more...lol...).

Haihz... grrr... aaaarrrrhhhh.... this is my 4th depression! I can't believe this! This is soooooo not what I wanted, and 2008 looked so heng >.> just ''looked''.

Ngaitih, if I knew this is what I'd get, I should've just enjoyed myself more about life... Past sacrifices ARE SOOOOO FUCKING NOT WORTH THIS... #$@%#$@%$#@

Well, at least I heard people saying '' You should get it leh...'' and asked if I got it, somehow that makes me feel better la... XD. I stand tall when I say I was hardworking and I stand tall when I say I deserve it. Guess I screwed up the interview, ei? Isabel? Yes, there's one guy who is most deserving and did get it, one heng enough to get it,haha. I'm happy for em both, seriously, but there's also someone who I think should get it more than anyone I know, she really really deserves it...but she didn't get it... =( . If the government sees vet science as one of the critical sections, why only send 14 of em out??

Some people have fucking rich-assed parents that actually (had the money in the first place) and worked hard enough to get education and worked all the way up to save funding for offspring's education, enough for overseas some more! Some even when there's no point! Who's gonna ask you '' Where did you do you A-levels? Locally?'' =='' I disapprove of overseas Pre-U, just no point...waste of money... =P

Other parents just fail to think that far... they feel they deserve a life too, as miniature as they can get, studying hard and working their asses off all their life for their children just ent worth it. =='' Some parents live for their children, some just live for themselves... No matter how, all of both never works out perfectly... Parents like to say '' You study for yourself! You think you study for us, your parents arh har??'' Thats why some parents study for themselves, not for their children... Huh? Its that hard to look into the future? What about the future generation? I heed all, spread thee... No more saying of this studying for yourself crap! You study for the future and the people you appreciate in it! This doesn't only apply to your children la...

Hey you pathetic whiner! Stop freakin whine about what you don't/can't have and start thinking about what you have, you fuckin idiot!

== , Fine...>.> Okay, I ask myself, what do I love about my life? Errr... Internet and those dvdrip movies and even anime! Lol, thats all? Yea...== . WTF, that's so pathetic! Those things mean so little to ''LIFE''! Your depression levels can easily overcome those leh... Yealo...how? Got any others?? I don't think so... I cannot find motivation, no drive...nothing... and Italic goes ...

You know ar, this ''peculiar'' thing happened to me when I was lining up at the Shell station, fuel price rising tomorrow and all... I was alone in the car and I yelled ''Arrr!!! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP!!! Y I DIN GET THE JPA SCHOLARSHIP!!!'' and right after I said that, Hitz.fm played ''Keep Holding On'' by Avril Lavigne, that theme song from Eragon. THAT SONG...those very lyrics that contradict everything I am, everything I feel in this situation... and at that moment I felt like an onion emoticon saying ''...'', which is my /... . It was like music was trying to say something to me... I even found a link to the lyrics if you don't know the song, lol
http://www.metrolyrics.com/keep-holding-on-lyrics-avril-lavigne.html

It wasn't the first time that happened, the first time i remembered was in 2005, the day the PMR results came out, the moment I made a death pact with myself, TVBS-G showed this music video from Nicholas Tze singing a Chinese song, something about bear your wounds, there will still be sun tomorrow... that music, those lyrics really spoke to me, but that day was quite the happy day... This time it happened on my 4th depression. ( feeling like an onion saying ''...'' here too...)

So... what now? You know, people like to remind me this ''Its not the end of the world!'' I know it isn't, but I still wish it would be... well, for me only cos I wouldn't want to jeopardize those who's new lives are just about to begin... Other than that, I can still think of something like '' Stop thinking about it la! Put it all behind you already!'' Yea, yea... but trying to forgetting it all, somewhat seems irresponsible...*raises left eyebrow*. Some people ''love'' form 6, I do not, seriously do not, there's nothing there that I want, nothing there I would want to want... Oi, what's so wrong about form6?? I could make an essay bout that...

What can I do? Ofcos I can make myself stop feeling sad, but there's just no drive to make me do it... unless someone decides to send me overseas, loL =( Sounds like I want to be sad? Ofcos I wanna be happy, but I don't think I deserve to be ...not like this... Death seems favourable, @@. Don't be surprised if I cease to physically exist in the near future...

Its 4 in the morning, feel so sad I cannot sleep...
Gosh, I really wanted it very badly...
Plus, I think I broke my longest word post record...

Of Money, Of >.>

Money has never bothered me more than now... I want money, I want big money. Anyone out there who has an extra half a million ringgit you dunno where to spend? It'll be good investment I tell ya'... =P. Won't really blame em, even if I could. Haihz... everywhere around the world, people are collecting donations for China, soooo much money...@@ If only I could have some... Did China even ask for those donations? ''Please...we need money to buy cement and wood we already own in/on our big mountains'', ''Please...we need money to dig out more money still buried under remains of fallen buildings'' =P. I think China should be able to take care of themselves la... giving too much help would be like looking down on them *insert looking up emoticon*

*just visiting ignorant-self

My dream came late, much too late, haihz... like 16 years old gal having first period kinda late, =='' I seek recognition from myself for myself, but why couldn't I get it...haihz... out at sea with nothing to hold...

I wanna go back and take more subjects/ should've taken risks...haihz... cos I thought, NO, SPM is far too important, take no chances...and look how it came out...determination sux, or it just wasn't enough... >.>

I wanna re-do my interview, go for outstanding instead of moderate/ my mistake there, >.>

I wanna... I wanna go to Caltech, or Columbia U. @@ +.+ == >.>

I wanna believe that dreams aren't just meant for sleeping... >.>

I just wanna be happy... >.>

I am scorned... Some people might say ''Aiya, what passed had passed, stop thinking about it la...''. True, but thats not how I roll, man... I'm that kind of person who moves on while looks behind me every once in a while, thats just how I am... can't really explain why...

Would you look at that, it has been quite a while... I honestly believe that this is my best one yet. @@ Emo-ness rules when it comes to these things...lol...

Out At Open Sea

Feeling like a piece of paper under a rock,
Dread of nothingness, of insignificance,

of a world where his is on the tallest pillar;

A world cold stared with empty winds,

Unwanting world...

Stupid rock,
Stupid, invincible, immune, admirable rock;
Caught him out at open sea,
Shattered what used will be.

Nothing,
Nothing more is there to grasp,
Out at open sea;
Nothing,
Nothing beats this yearning,
This yearning could not meek.

Suddenly,
It just feels easier to give in,
As gold turns to rust,
As a seat returns to dust;
Out at open sea,
Sunk,
In the blaze of tainted glory,
Upon seemingly pathless yellow wood,
He is out at open sea.

Beaten down,
Out at open sea,
Waves crushed thrice,
Old wounds unfold;
As a raptured soul bleeding love,
He sees last of aquatic glow,
Darkness claims his being,
Non-entity fills him within;
Indeed,
He is hollow...

DAVID COOK WINS!!!!

Yay~...hehe...so proud, very glad. This is last entry on American Idol. The finale show was great, one and a half hours of greatness... I really liked the part where OneRepublic did Apologize with Archuleta! Though the collabo arrangement had some problems... However, they are gonna do it all over again next January, @@, hope I can watch it then too...
In case you still don't know, this is your American Idol Season 7 winner!!

AI FINALS!

Hmm...I don't think I'll go into much details this week, even though this is like the most important/imperative week of the whole season, @@. To me, the whole night was a little disappointing , none of the bang bang and a tad less on the ''wow'' factor...

The show started with boxing theme and they had both Davids in red and blue robes and boxing gloves, =='' with the Las Vegas-feel-announcer they have on WWE. Archie won the coin toss and chose to go 2nd, which was the right choice. David Cook started the night with a somewhat soft rock song by U2 chosen for him, it was not the right song I think for him because a rocker should start a show with a hard-rockin song to get things going, wake the audience up... It was just good but I really like that note ''scoop'' he did at the end. 2nd song was a new song composed for AI which the Davids have to choose among 10 songs. He sang his like a band lead singer but Simon thought it wasn't much of a winner's song, I kinda agree but it COULD be a winner's song, =P. I agree with Randy saying the song is not much but he did all he could AND maintain that rock feel he has. For the 3rd song, he did a new song even though in the past the contestants usually pick the best he had in the past. Strumming the guitar...giving a heart-felt performance that touched my heart, personal comments was ''wow...''. He cried at the end of the song, haha... the lyrics really fitted somehow...it really was a beautiful performance. Simon praised Archie throughout the night, slightly unpleased with Cook, same goes for Randy. Cook was being different, the original he was said to be?

Archie...David Archuleta, not my type =P, but undeniably, I admit that he could sing the phone book and he was really really in the zone tonight... He has a winner's vocals, thats for sure and he picked the right songs, like a full course meal... He was all the same even in different songs, but great vocals in all of em... The last song however, I think he did it better the first time, this time it was just...''not enough feel''. The first time he did it was like ''WOW'' with shiny black leather jacket...blue and white lightings...and a microphone stand, it was the whole ''feel'' pakage...

Okay, if people want different, go for Cook, but if they want cheesy-always-been-like-that-since-Kelly Clarkson, go for Archuleta. Simon le...said that Archie won the night...made it hard for Cook to win, but all wellz... it really really doesn't matter who wins. Looking forward to the results show, its gonna be great!

Ok, I know its a little too late (it is late) but I'm still going to try it because I've seen it work for someone else? This totally goes against my principle. In my principle, nothing I play in my mind happens, Plane crashes...deaths...picturing unforeseen serroundings...scenarios...alien invasions...siege in GRSS...ruling another dimension...(way off course ==). My theory is the more you think about it, the less chance you'll get it? However, by making yourself not thinking about ''it'', your actually thinking about ''it''. Get it? Somehow, that could be a philosophy...or a random pile of BS. Never mind that, here goes...

I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP! I WANT JPA SCHOLARSHIP!

I typed every bit of it... There is so much more I can give if I can get JPA scholarship... I don't give a damn where they send me, but if I could choose, I'd want to go to Columbia University...

AI TOP 3

Hey, the post per week...late one day, cos it doesn't really matter anymore, not to me in this condition... >.> . Everyone had to sing 3 songs this week, to get to the Finale next week which 2 of em will do the same thing again.

David A. opened the show, expectedly amazing but that also means that there's nothing outstanding. Starting with a ballad so mellow and sad (not worth mentioning name) somehow really kills the mood, but all in all a good performance. For the 2nd song, he did ''With You'' by Chris Brown. It was really an eye-opener! Does he read my blog complaining about him or is it THAT obvious that he's getting boring, haha... Even so, it was kinda a fatal attempt because that song definitely/totally does NOT fit him, but thumb up for trying. For the 3rd song, the producers chose another mellow love ballad for him, which to me did him no good at all. Expect him to be in the finals, foreseen ever since the early parts of the show...BUT, just like last season, someone who has not been in the bottom 2/3 was voted off, it could happen...

Syesha Mercado came after Archie, since the judges chose the first song, Randy chose ''If I Ain't Got You'' by Alicia Keys which is like one of the my favourite RnB songs of all time! She did great with the song, I really though she could out-sing Alicia Keys with that high range of hers... For the 2nd song, she chose the song "Fever". The song kinda blew me away, cos she worked that sex appeal good... @@ and her style of singing is becoming quite distinct. I somehow saw Beyonce in there somewhere... However, the judges didn't agree and they did not like it. Same goes for the 3rd song, which is more up -beat and ''high'' song. Paula keeps saying that it does not reflect on the personality of the singer.

David Cook was the 3rd contestant. Simon picked an old female melodious song for the rocker, mostly because he wants David to show some originality that we love. It was almost great because he pulled some high-rocker notes to finish the song, like how he did with ''Music of The Night''. For the 2nd song, he picked ''Dare You To Move'' by Switchfoot! OMG...i've been playing that song in my head for it fits how I feel currently. When he sang slightly slow, low pitch i was still doing okay, but as I sang along to the chorus part, my eyes started to blur, I was almost gonna cry. Wow...channeling all the emotions bottled up so long through a song, and what a song it was... Luckily, he had to end the song pretty fast, making me and Paula wanting more. Cross my heart, if David Cook sang the whole song, I would have cried. For the 3rd song, the producers chose ''I don't want to miss a thing'' by Aerosmith. That song is LEGEND...@@ David did quite a good job, but I would still much prefer the original. So proud I said his name during JPA interview, although I'm not sure if it jeopardised my chance... Even Simon said he won the night.

I'm at open sea with nothing to grasp...its easier to give in...

Iron Hammer Of The Blockbusters

Seeing news of such a movie nailing the blockbusters indeed raises an eyebrow. Just gotta see it! See how this movie makes 8 to 9 digits of numbers of dollars per week, man! If you still don't get what movie am I talking about, you need to rub the rust off your antenna, XD.

This Marvel superhero brings back subtle childhood memories when I started to fall into the ''kancah'' of cartoons. I can't remember much about it, but I still have some photographic images in my head about the cartoon. The movie for starters tells how this superhero came about, which I never knew, but I doubt that thats the original story about him. This movie pretty much has the same concept of the first Spiderman movie. From storyline to villains, they are pretty much the same... The graphic is simply amazing, I see similarities in NFS games in terms of graphic, just that its in a movie.

Definitely action-packed, juiced with the bang bang boom factor with just a pint of humour. Its a great movie, two thumbs up! I won't even mind seeing it again, only if its free, XD. Its totally the hot sauce in the cinema! Lol...

AI TOP 4

2 more weeks until its over and this weekly continuous recaps/reviews will be over and I'll have to find some other things to blog about. I think I'll pass on So U Think You Can Dance which premiers the week after AI Finale. Ah wells...

This week's theme is Rock n Roll Hall Of Fame. I'm quite unfamiliar with that territory because most of em sounds old-school to me.

David Cook, first up this week, singing the song ''Hungry Like The Wolf" which I have never heard of, looked and sounded something like Daughtry. It was an okayy okayy performance, not enough to make people jump out of their seats. However, he does have that rock-star look/feel. For the 2nd song, it was actually the theme song from CSI NY! Eeee~ he slowed it down, toned it down, bulit it up, like he always do, but there was a part in the end that he built it up so high it kinda tumbled down to fast, left it hanging a bit. The judges liked it though...

Syesha was 2nd up, I though she would closed the show considering she's the last female contestant out there. We got a lil bit insight about how she cried being the last girl, blah blah... For the first song, she sang ''Proud Mary'' by Tina Turner, LOL. She even wore that silver-ish bling bling dress and brown hair! Total imitation attempts. When she was singing, I keep thinking about that scene in Miss Congeniality 2 where they had to do the song in a drag queen contest in some night club. Syesha even did a bit of that dance routine! That girl is either getting desperate or she really wanna have some fun. On the 2nd song, I know I heard it before but it doesn't ring any clear bells. I actually caught a few seconds of likeness of the amazing Leona Lewis off of Syesha during the 2nd song, for the first time I'm thinking '' yeah, she could win...''. I love that dress too, lol. Randy didn't like it at all, Paula and Simon loved it. How did THAT happen??

Jason Castro singing 2 songs on the 3rd runs. For the 1st song, I think he did okay, mostly because I couldn't compare the song, he looked very lively for once, added bits of attitude...but the judges all didn't like it, dang...things are going badly for him. He should have gone weeks ago, =P. At least he tried to blow it all away this week, at least he tried. For the 2nd song, it seemed he did better until he lost the words, haha. Smooth, mellow and charming as he always had been. Simon said he should pack his bags, @@. Thats really saying alot...

David Archuleta sang ''Stand By Me'' for his first song. It reminded me of Josiah Lemming who tried to do that song without any instruments and music. I mean, they were somewhat alike, just a little better. Looking at that performance, he's like singing to some girl standing on the balcony at night, with those hand gestures. If I was that girl, he sang good enough to be let into the house, LoL. For the 2nd song, he sang ''Love Me Tender'' by Elvis Presley, can't say I know that song, but this week, he's finally showing another colour other than white! Doing a romantic love song kinda really brings it out, haha. All in all, the judges all loved him, like they're gonna crown him right there, that instant.

We are down to four people, people! Hasty predictions, if things go rasionally, Jason goes home. We'll find out for sure tomorrow.

Funny facts: David Cook calls David Archuleta Archie, does that mean Archie calls David Cook Cookie? XD

A lesson in Late Food

As watching shows late into the night, you get hungry, hehe. Out of the blue, I decided to cook/make something for a late night snack to go with the entertainment. Off I went looking for a pack of Maggi and this is what I found.

I had no idea what the heck is it except that its green and it sticks hard to the noodle. There were even a few bugs crawling inside the package. How the heck did they get there??

Zooming in on the fungus (well, at least I think it is), although quite blur was very hard. Quite funny that a perisa Ayam Maggi brews green fungi. That means Curry flavour ones make red and orange fungi?

All the air was sucked out of the packet and it was covered with green stuff too. Off with you to the rubbish bin! After all that i checked the expiry date, 27/4/08 @@ . Hehe...that could mean that we eat healthy at home, XD.

In the end, I cracked an egg into a plate containing leftover satay pork from the day and placed 2 pieces of bread on top of the egg, preventing it from poping? But I really suggest that you never heat bread using the microwave longer than 30 seconds, it will be very hard to chew... I learned from experience... =P . Mayo on the satay and tomato ketchup on the egg, well, at least I think its nice, hehe...

AI TOP 5

It has come to this again...haha, downloading took quite a while, had been busy all day, long story... ok, back to the reviewing, XD

This week everyone had to do 2 songs, the whole show was kinda chaotic, almost rated the worst episode so far.

Jason Castro opened the show, bad bad, he memang not show-opening type. This guy, somehow I think he isn't trying to win the competition, because its hard to see the effort he put into the performances. It really was just okay, just neutral. On the 2nd song, he sang sitting down again... not someone who knows how to work the stage, but he stood up this time! Wow, the fact that I noticed that could mean that his singing getting boring... but I did get one wave of goosebumps, but that like only a second. He's very not ''in-the-zone'', but he memang liek dat... He's gotta pump up and lose that attitude if he does want to win this. Him leaving would be the right choice, but well, that's just me. The show has its ways of kicking off the unrightful choices, for that I mean deserving contestants...

David Cook followed suit(is this the correct spelling?). He's like having his own concert for the moment on stage, somehow making him look like his singing secara bersahaja, no idea if its good or bad, but it was good, only good. The second song however, showed the world what its like to have David Cook in the house! It was like last week's performance, but getting a bit stale. What's going on? Watching the show for so long and getting bored with this people?
O.0 > 0.O > O.0

Brooke White, girl girl... looking at that first performance, it was all so wrong... it was down right terrible, I agree with Simon defining it as a nightmare. She even looks wrong, dorky, a lil bit disoriented, that guitar making her upper body look out of proportion with her long legs. I even said to myself '' pack your bags, your going home...'' BUT, a bolded but, she made a good comeback! She belongs with the piano! It was amazing, but it was definitely above average. However, could the first song pulled her down?

David Archuleta! He sang ''Sweet Caroline", he nailed it(the song, which is the only thing he...) was good enough to make me want to like him, but no. Yea he can sing anything but those choices of songs are just too ''fake'', as in plain agar with a hint of pink/sweet holiness. The second song just proves that he ain't gonna be my choice no matter how good he is, =P . Although, it WAS a hell of a song choice, singing a song titled ''America" on ''American Idol", lol, look at that. He's gotta spice it up, show some darker colours for a change... >.> I think he's going to have quite some problems, having being called a prodigy@@ and Boy Wonder, that really comes with a lot of stress, even someone like my knows thats a hell lot to live up to... He was different this week though, he honestly/actually looked like he was very sien, not much of the shy shy this week.

Syesha Mercado. Since last week, I'm beginning to enjoy her performances, all because she looks most natural on stage, a good actress/singer, both that cannot be seperated or she'll be nothing. From me she got multiple nods for both of the songs, but sometimes her 抖音 very annoying, == because she uses it on every long note! She uses it too much, somewhat old fashioned style of singing. I'm half-surprised that Simon said she could be in danger this week.

ps, Happy Birthday to JerL~!

BEEN THERE
This movie is really something different, partly because the main character, Juno some 16 year old teenager who is so not your stereotype teenage girl. Well, the storyline might not be twisted or unpredictable, but its a complete, yet tame storyline. As you can see from the movie poster, the movie is themed teenage pregnancy which leads to adoption. The story starts with a chair and not wanting to spoil the story, ends with a chair. Juno is one sarcastic and funny girl, well the humour isn't that direct but its not hard to get either. To me she's like the more messed up and grown up version of Lil Lulu (kinda). Through this movie, you get to see American high school life that most of us will never experience and how a girl gets pregnant. No idea why they didn't use any protection or the condom got torn in the process, but I think the latter is untrue because there was no whining/rant of that incident throughout the movie. Well, thats how teenage high school life is portraited in the movies, but you can never be sure if its true unless you've been there or you ask someone who is or had... After I finished it, the movie brings like a mellow feeling, like your in a helium balloon, floating and you won't notice if the line snapped and you end up blown away by the wind. The soundtracks are very interesting, they represent a more youthful type of song writing and melody, sweet and a little bit of country acoustic guitar songs. With that story of a teenage girl, smart and funny dialogues with sweet subtle music to add, definitely something thats worth your time. How did I get to watch it you might ask? Well, its not much of a mystery...XD

AI TOP 6

Competition supposed to get tough this week cos Kristy is out (finally...), one can only survive the axe for so long, P . This week is Broadway Bonanza...=='' musicals and musicals, could say this was one of my least favourite episodes of all time... They had some British guy who wrote for many famous theatrical plays like Cats and Phantom of The Opera. Syesha opened the show, she did quite well because she was an actress before this, the judges say that she is Broadway material, I quite agree... She could be safe, considered the fact that she was in the bottom three last week.

Jason Castro was up next, he sang ''Memory'' which is supposed to be like the girly girly big big ballad. The mentor said he was ''brave'' but being brave is nothing if you got a toothpick for a voice, but I think his main problem is that attitude/style. He's just out of his element and he failed to convert it into his own. Big trouble for the Dreads.

Brooke sang after Jason, she stopped and started all over! On live television! OMG... but it isn't the first time, haha. Haihz, the performance was weak, like Jason kinda weak, but the effort was obvious because she challenged her own voice range this week, could say that I never heard her sing such high notes before. Trouble for her too...

David Archuleta was next, my impression was this should be his kind of style cos this fits his image perfectly. To me, he did well, but too constant wellness tends to raise the par and soon he'll sound ''under-par''.

Carly did well tonight! When she did her song, I was like, ''Finally...something to bring me out of the land of the serious dead'' =='' . Viewing the performance, I have come to the conclusion that ''yeah, this chick can rock...''. After Simon said it was one of his favourites of the night, Carly was so happy that she took a shirt from Ricky from the band which says ''Simon loves me (this week) '' Wow, she takes Simon a lil TOO seriously...

David Cook wraps the show, with a performance that started out as deep, low singing and ended with high pitch notes that ''ooo-ed'' and ''ahh-ed'' the judges. Randy said he could sing anything, like the other David, no need to mind what Paula said, XD, Simon said the previous performances but he did the most of what he could out of the song.Yeah, he could win! haha...

So happy...so happy its here again...every week...

I just Love this anime, can really learn a lot from it, from the mythical beings of Japan to the great and amazing philosophy of life interpreted by xxxHOLiC. If I had kids, I would definitely recommend this anime. Well, to me, this is my ''Chicken Soup For The Soul'', only darker yet it can shine a different light into one's perspective on life if you can understand xxxHOLiC, makes you say ''ooo'' and ''ahh'' when teaching you ''lessons'' more directly compared to other animez. The story is good too other than the songs, the new opening song i believe was done by the same artist who sang the first season's opening, will look it up on youtube, haha. Again with the 26 episodes...just wish that Tsubasa Chronicle will come up with a season 3 soon... CLAMP rulez...lol...

AMERICAN IDOL TOP 7

This week is Mariah Carey week, been listening to her since like forever, lol, childhood, teenage and now, my forever, hehe. She's actually a good mentor because unlike the other mentors on AI, she actually gives advice, and not just saying things like ''that was good'' and ''great'' while smiling. Salute to the superstar, lol.

Quick rundowns, show started with Ryan saying some leftover shock from Michael's departure last week, performance started with David Archuleta, again with the song choice themed ''motivation'', it gets boring after a while, for me, would like very much for him to sing something more personal/ eye-opening. No matter how good they say he is, he still can't make me go ''wow'' P . Second up was Carly Smithson, Mariah really liked her... Carly, again with the emotional roller coaster she gave me, dunno why, her singing? Her song choice of the heavily ballad? Syesha...she really gave it a go with those ''almost amazing'' high high notes @@, never heard of the song though... Brooke was up next, the whole world knows now that she missed her sister wedding to coach with Mariah Carey (rolls eyes), she sang ''Hero'' , love that song, not so much about the performance because it was pretty obvious that she was shaking/trembling =( , its good in a way because she did not hide what she felt? Not sure about that though... Kristy Lee Cook, hmm...din like it, only the last few seconds of the song. Next was David Cook! He did something totally different with a really pop Pop song, which was one of the songs by Mariah that I could recall easily from my childhood, ''Always Be My Baby'' He's good... lol. So happy I said his name in my JPA interview, LOL. Jason Castro ended the show, with a sii-beh soothing, calming performance. He's good too, but its very hard to get a ''wow'' factor from him.

Simon said the guys won the night, no surprise there...

>.> Bleach dl so slow...T.T

IN LOVE

with song la...lol, XD . P After watching Enchanted, this song caught my soul, if I had one... I thought about putting this song running on my blog but then I thought how a nuisance it would become as I have seen it on other blogs (no offence, hehe). Its called ''So Close'' by Jon McLaughlin. May I add that this song was nominated best original song in the Academy Awards, the song was also performed on stage during the 80th Academy Awards with the recreation of the King's and Queen's Ball scene from the movie, P . Just like how the song goes, the lyrics, the music, everything... and there's a ''Disney-touch'' to the song. Yeas I'm promoting this song, lol.

Goodbye Michael (finally spelled it right)

Sad...so so very sad...why does the journalists/ reporters on Mtv have to be right... saying that it's time to have a shocking elimination... haihz...I'm so sad...why him, why now... To me, the show has lost 30% of its appeal to me...sad sad...so sad...to think I finally spelled his name right... haihz... Gonna miss him...miss that voice, that bang bang voice...haihz... sad...sad... T.T. Ngaitih...I honestly said no three times to my monitor during that part... =( . I've seen him in the auditions...in Hollywood week, Top 24...Top 12...now this...sad...sad... he made Danny Noreiga's elimination feel like nothing... Worth a tribute, this guy, so this is my tribute to him,

Something I have never done, screenshots, personally picked and cut. Ladies and gentlemen, Michael Johns. My rose to you, wish you well, bye.

Man, I so damn think the show is rigged right now! Cos if this week a guy goes, then a girl goes the next week, it has been that way every since the Top 12!! Haihz, what the heck are they thinking...
Special Performances-Idol Gives Back

They did it last year, back again...different style this year though, added a video because I think its cool.

Terri Hatcher sang it, the song by Carrie Underwood, You must know her(Carrie)...== >.> you might remember Terri from ''Desperate Housewives'', she was also the Lois Lane on ''The New Adventures Of Superman'', which was one of my childhood favourites... You can also see Matt Parkman from ''Heroes'' on the drums!! eeeek!! Dere's also that handsome guy from ''Desperate Housewives'' on the guitar, dunno the name because I don follow, cos I don hav 8tv and I find it not worth downloading, P . There's also the aussie hunk/only piece of meat in ''House'' that most girls talk about, is on the violin, wow, din know a guy like him knows how to play! P Well, they ARE called ''Band From TV'' . Other than that, Miley Cyrus was on the show too, I don get it/her fever due to the lack of Disney Channel, lol, I guess she's famous,XDXD but so young, so famous, we've seen it happen, Britney Spears,... Lindsay Lohan... poison spreads fast, its only a matter of time, P . The top 8 opened the show with dancers from ''So You Think You Can Dance'' with the song Please Don't Stop The Music by Rihanna which was a real eyebrow-lifting performance, and you can't forget the performance by Fergie! It was pretty amazing! You can also see a lot of iconic people which I know/ don't know on the show, I thought about taking screenshots but I don like posts to be too long...so.... In a coconut shell, you'll find coconut juice and santan... P , In a nutshell, its all for a very good cause and all so very entertaining, if I was in the US, I would definitely call, cross my heart.

* If u want it, just let me know, I have it. *wink*

Wednesdays...

Tsk tsk...so fast came another Wednesday. AI updates, Top 8, inspirational week, contestants pick songs that are inspirational to them, haihz, to me this week no bang bang boom, =( . First was Micheal Johns , singing a song by Aerosmith, I only got related to the song when he got to the chorus part which Eminem took for a song. I raised an eyebrow cos he did some falsetto screaming thing that totally does not sound like him. He did okay... Next was Syesha Mercado, did I Believe by Fantasia, the winner of season 3 (rite?), did good... P, liked the songs, but I agree with the judges, not much emotion.... 3rd up, Jason Castro, this guy, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Hawaiian lil guitar, judges LOVED it, I think he sang it just like how he sang previously in the competition, just that his voice matched the song, no improvement. Kristy Lee, I think she sounded good, but not overwhelming, judges gave all positive comments, but I would still prefer someone else. Seriously like that top, XD . NExt, David Cook, loved the song he picked-Innocent, not the performance, guess he's saving it up, hehe...guess being great every week is boring? After that was Carly Smithson, yet another song I'm familiar with, hehe, I like how when she sings, it makes me feel as tensed and serious as the song, guess thats her talent , lol. Then again, no bang bang performance there... David Archuleta * insert girly scream* , sang the great song-Angels, another great performance, but only the latter half, playing the piano distracts him obviously... Lol, i saw this fan flashing a sign saying:'' lick those lips!'' =='' Last, Brooke White closes the show, plain boring this week, =( hope she's safe, she was in the bottom 3 last week, sad to see her go...
Saw smtg reli funny so decided to post this up.

I did not make this, I took it from http://ridiculousbanana-hallofshame.blogspot.com/

*Heads up, Yayasan TM scholarship bengkel permilihan shorlist is out 2day at 4pm.

A DAY WITH THE MYVI

Well, its just half a day...but I got to drive it myself 2day, haha, can say that its the 1st time for that to happen... went to get the car repaired at the service centre which is quite close to home. So many cars here, I guess Perodua cars have alot of trouble... P, and most of em cars here have P stickers, including mine, but its not my fault the car is here, P. This place is actually not bad...fully air-conditioned, and you can online for free which watching the maintenence crew do your car through the glass panels, what a way to kill 5 hours of time, ==''
The only problem is that the online service is valid for half an hour per coupon...well, I have not tried to get 8 coupons in one go, but I'm definately going to try....

no, thats not mine...

$@#$#@% Estimated time the car is ready is 1pm, actual time the car is ready 2:45pm, are they shitting me?!? ==...at least I got to stay in on a hot hot sunny day...

PIKOM-people mountain people sea

Well...its alot bigger then last year, there's Hall A and Hall B, mostly deals on laptops, pendrives, external hdd, boom boom speakers and FM modulators, something new this year I think it would be the notebook stickers, ranging from rm15-rm30, they really really look very nice... out of the blue, there's also a HSBC stall...=='' Me, I bought a 4gig pendrive, while laughing at those who spent more then rm50 to buy a 1gig one years ago, XD . FYI, a 1gig pendrive costs rm17 nowadays. I also saw a cooling pad for rm9, dunno whether its working or not, but it IS made from plastic, so I think that also counts negatively... Toshiba had alot alot of stalls this year, at least 5, all showcasing their laptops, tsk tsk tsk... I didn't want it because the HDD is 120gig x 2 to get 240gig.

Yeas, the biggest reason for this year's trip is to survey on laptops lo... P
Yeas I found it, yeas it costs alot, no I'm not gonna buy it, well, not until I get a scholarship... The Dell XPS M1530... wa~...just dunno how is the speakers quality, but I can always use headphones... P

Wednesday, April 02, 2008

Haha... 3 posts in 1 day, is there a record for that? XD Yeas, I'm an AI fan, I watch it every week, cos I love good music, heck thats why the show got so popular in the first place! . Its country week this week, though I'm not such a fan of country music, some indeed blew me away~~...Quick runs, Brooke White did just okay, no blowing from her. David Cook did below okay for me this week, but Simon was right, making a bad song sound okay means he's good, lol. Ramielle...not so good performance, sweet and cute, but still waiting for that big voice to show in a big big ballady song. Jason Castro, his voice is getting pretty boring, though its different type of singing, more natural, here I discovered that Brooke and Jason sound similiar...David Archuleta...ex boy wonder, pitch problems, still sound great, but I waiting for him to do modern songs just to remind that he is younger than me. Kristy Lee Cook, best lookin one out there! Its her week, cos she sounds smtg like Reba, did okay. Carly Smithson, sounded pretty great but its true, she has fashion issues...Syesha Mercado, ngaitih...she did the Whitney song!! THE song or more specifically the line which is the 经典的经典, she really made my favourite Idol moment this week , when she did that high pitch "AND I~~~~WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU~~~ '' and along with the camera action which zoomed out while she was doing that line, waseh...though it was not as good as the original, but she actually dared to do that song! I can't believe some1 did that song!! Cos the judges labeled Whitney/Celine Doin songs as Untouchables...@@ Lastly Micheal Johns, just love that voice...it goes bang bang when he sings with that style, another great performance. Hehe, much shorter then last week's . P
April's Unfooled

Huh...back from the interviews...Din get lost, din mess up, well...kinda..=='' . Pustaka had just the right temperature for formal wear, while sitting around, the nerves apparently starts to go away, hehe, met new people, saw old recognisables, pretty much did nothing until they started to call names and checked the certificates and straight we went to the interview room, Panel 1 to be exact, which one did u get? Hmm...the introduction part was done in English, which then means that the group discussion was done in BM, little did I know... :( NO.1 did okay I guess, Malay from Klang, NO.2 did poorly to my account, bad English or was she just nervous, hmm...and as soon as the panel said the housewife not working, just sit at home a? Then i realised, oh yeah...i heard this from recom! So its him....hmm...then it was NO.3's turn, again with some juju from the panel...bully Siao Fen nia... NO.4, engineering because he was good in Physics and Mathematics...hey...that was what I was going to say, but then he got some juju from the panel for saying that, but i did'nt... at this time I could really hear my heart pounding, then it was NO.5's turn, he started to introduce his name, and then his skool and then his interests, listening to music...then the panel asked if NO.5 was a fan of Akademi Fantasia, ofcos no...then NO.5 said yes to American Idol, hmm is that a trick question? Then the name David Cook came out when asked the favourite, I believe that none knew who the heck is this guy but even so, I'm not sure if NO.8 knows David Cook...NO.8!! U noe hu onot??
Then NO.5 says he also plays badminton and basketball, hmm...does that sound too desperate?
When talking about the family, NO.5 didn't have the chance to talk about mom and went straight to the siblings...*scratch head..why is dat...== And then some questions on Engineering...I think NO.5 did ok la..for this part, but first panel asked what is the actual job of an engineer, engineer got so many types, NO.5 said then NO.5 was asked what type of engineering is he choosing, isn't that off topic? Even the panel does it... and so NO.6 got her turn...did well, respect her, but from Lodge...*leer* ...NO.7 the malay girl...lousy result take medicine...Malay wor...ngaitih...only they dare lor...but she showed weakness in her...NO.8...this guy ar..tsk tsk, got the lucky number...caught the panel's eye...made the panel smile all the way through the interview,... Auntie no nid worry liaw... and then NO.9, he surely made an impression...dragged out RMK-9, obviously been prepared for the interview...why is not a bad thing. =='' Then there was the discussion...*rolls eyes...* Sigh...NO.5 started 1st, hopefully got marks for dat lo... but his BM not so sharpened la, then was asked to repeat the same idea in English, == stumbled both times... then it was other people's turn lo...not fair some of em got to do it entirely in English...NO.6 n NO.2... >.> NO.8 made the panel smile in admiration when it was his turn, I saw it...I was in the middle u see...and then it went on...but I tink some of the points were out of topic, well, not entirely...but the panel did check the paper for the question again when NO.2 was presenting her idea. NO.3 did not make any opinion during the group discussion...bad... NO.5 tried to score some marks at the end, after NO.8 made the kesimpulan, but the panel did not write anything down for that matter...== *sigh...as of now...laying in wait, waiting for Mid May, when the results come out..., when Form 6 starts...
Mighty Nervous

Haihz...it has come to this yet again...witihin 1 month getting 3 times of times like this. I do not remember school being sooo... *shrug shrug* Gotta shake it off...~ shake it off...~

Going to it soon...hope i don get lost...Hope I don mess up...
